Hobbyman Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for your Hobbyman purchase. We aim to provide high-quality products and strive to ensure your satisfaction.This policy outlines our returns and refund procedures, in compliance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
2. Return Period
We offer a 30 day return period from the date of purchase for most products. This means you have 30 days to request a return. Exceptions to this policy are noted in Section 4.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in new, unused condition.
- Have original tags (if applicable) attached.
- Be in its original packaging (unless specified otherwise).
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Certain items are exempt from our return policy, including:
- Products personalised to your specifications.
- Products with obvious signs of use.
- Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or parts.
- Include your proof of purchase and the RMA number.
- Ship the returned item to the address supplied to you by customer service.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified.
6. Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email. We will then process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 days from receipt of the return for the refund to be processed.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please contact customer service to discuss options. Exchanges are subject to availability and the same conditions as returns.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and offer appropriate solutions, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair.
